As always great service at Fields BMW, just a quick note few weeks ago I had gotten a nail in 2 of my tires Richard Gaffney called me back right away and told me to bring it in and he would have a loaner fo few weeks ago I had gotten a nail in 2 of my tires Richard Gaffney called me back right away and told me to bring it in and he would have a loaner for me so I could get home. I told him I would be there by 5:30 and was not so lucky to do that, I was stuck in traffic, I called him and told him I wouldn't be there until 6:-6:15 he waited for me until I got there had a loaner ready for me. Cameron in the Hertz office was extremely helpful, got me in and out. Appreciate all the help from everyone at Fields, I know if I ever get into bind I can count on Richard and his staff to make it quick and peaceful to drop off my car! More
