New car purchase I was looking to buy a car and I knew what I wanted and the service that I received in the sister store in the south was not pleasent, I was going to I was looking to buy a car and I knew what I wanted and the service that I received in the sister store in the south was not pleasent, I was going to try the winter park store my next move was to the Mercedes store, but the service that I got from Anthony Hernandez was great and I was treated like a customer. Immediate Service at Fields BMW Brake service light came on. Contacted Fields and they scheduled an appt for me within a week and provided a BMW loaner. Richard is my service agent a Brake service light came on. Contacted Fields and they scheduled an appt for me within a week and provided a BMW loaner. Richard is my service agent and he took care of everything. He even noticed that I had a nail in my tire. Fortunately, I took the tire insurance option when I purchased the car. Richard contacted the claims dept and my tire was replaced. All my service took place in less than 8 hours. Service was quick, easy and efficient. Richard was great as always! More
