My review is for the Service Department specifically my Service Advisor Marco Chavez. He is absolutely the most professional Service Advisor I have worked with; and I have worked with several from New York Service Advisor Marco Chavez. He is absolutely the most professional Service Advisor I have worked with; and I have worked with several from New York to Florida. I don’t give reviews often but I believe that Marco deserves more than a 5 Star rating. I am also happy with the technician that worked on my vehicle. I must add that Marco Chavez tries his best to make his customers happy. He is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. I said honest because he explains everything that needs to be fixed on my vehicle and doesn’t add on more than many dealers do. Believe me I have had that experience with others.
