Our first BMW, Fields exemplifies making the customer happy This was our fourth vehicle purchase from the fields auto group the first three were fiats with excellent service. Fiels amenities are the best free carwashes coffee and food red carpet servive all the way. Jamie Veriato our salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable. She demonstrates good customer service skills. We felt comfortable with her when we finally decided to purchase our first BMW. Special recognition needs to be given to Brittany Lewis, finance manager, who explained everything clearly and carefully. Shortly after our purchase we discovered several issues with the car that definitely needed to be addressed. The sales manager Tracey Pellegrino immediately took action to correct the problems. Her actions taken are to be commended. Thanks for making our BMW perfect fulfilling Fields commitment to the customer. Great experience as far as the service team. I'm not completely satisfied with my car.... I'm a little uneasy about the gear change and that's what the service teams was working on, so I'll be ge I'm not completely satisfied with my car.... I wasn't happy at all about that... I know that I had st least a quarter of a tank of gas. I might have had more than that but but I'm sure that it wasn't empty.... other than that I love my dealership ?? It happens sometimes... More

& Series Oil Change I had to wait for over 90 minutes but the dealership was accommodating and friendly. I grabbed free lunch and as many drinks I wanted while I waited.
