She demonstrates good customer service skills. We felt comfortable with her when we finally decided to purchase our first BMW. Special recognition needs to be given to Brittany Lewis, finance manager, who explained everything clearly and carefully. Shortly after our purchase we discovered several issues with the car that definitely needed to be addressed. The sales manager Tracey Pellegrino immediately took action to correct the problems. Her actions taken are to be commended. Thanks for making our BMW perfect fulfilling Fields commitment to the customer. Great experience as far as the service team. I'm not completely satisfied with my car.... I'm a little uneasy about the gear change and that's what the service teams was working on, so I'll be ge I'm not completely satisfied with my car.... I wasn't happy at all about that... I know that I had st least a quarter of a tank of gas.
