I just had my first service (oil change) on my 2021 BMW X5 by Fields BMW in Winter Park. The service was great and timely. I’m impressed by the video the repair sends as they inspect the entire vehicle whi X5 by Fields BMW in Winter Park. The service was great and timely. I scheduled an appointment for 2003 M3C to get a takata airbag replaced. Making the appointment went smoothly and no problems. I dropped the car off at the service area and people were very attentive and n airbag replaced. Making the appointment went smoothly and no problems. I dropped the car off at the service area and people were very attentive and nice. I waited around 2 hours and the car was finished. I left to get gas and noticed the trim right below the passenger airbag had been scratched. I turned right around and showed it to my service advisor, because that scratch was not there before and what a coincidence that the scratch was underneath the area they had been working on. I waited about 30 minutes until he talked to the manager. They were unable to confirm if the scratch happened while in service and thankfully did order a replacement part. I rarely take my cars to dealerships for service due to this reason. Wish I could say something different! More
