I just had my first service (oil change) on my 2021 BMW X5 by Fields BMW in Winter Park. The service was great and timely. I scheduled an appointment for 2003 M3C to get a takata airbag replaced. Making the appointment went smoothly and no problems. I dropped the car off at the service area and people were very attentive and n airbag replaced. Making the appointment went smoothly and no problems. I dropped the car off at the service area and people were very attentive and nice. I waited around 2 hours and the car was finished. I left to get gas and noticed the trim right below the passenger airbag had been scratched. I turned right around and showed it to my service advisor, because that scratch was not there before and what a coincidence that the scratch was underneath the area they had been working on. I waited about 30 minutes until he talked to the manager. They were unable to confirm if the scratch happened while in service and thankfully did order a replacement part. I rarely take my cars to dealerships for service due to this reason. Wish I could say something different! More
