I have purchase 8 cars from this dealership over the years. There will not be a 9th. The dealership has become so corporate that it is beyond ridiculous. It is the first time I have been in their new shiny multi--million dollar facility. You stand in front of the service manager. No chairs. You stand. that kind of says it all. How welcoming is that? You have to call for an appointment and often wait more than a week, longer if you need a loaner. This is a BMW dealer mind you and many of the cars are well in excess ot $80K. When you arrive for the appointment sometime they are ready for you sometimes they are not. Maybe all dealerships have become this cold and impersonal. I wouldn't know because I have been a loyal Fields BMW customer for almost 20 years but not anymore. This post has little to do with this one service appointment today but rather the complete lack of any awareness of their customers. You are simply a number much like you are at the DMV. More
