He was very responsive; when I called, he was always availble to talk and answer questions. If he didn't know the answer, he got back to me quickly with the information. I feel that I purchased an excellent vehicle. Fayez stayed late the evening I picked up my vehicle to instruct me on its many features and came out to my office the afternoon the following day to further instruct me on the vehicle. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. More

Fields BMW in Orlando / Tropical Ford in Orlando Fields BMW in Orlando / Tropical Ford in Orlando Since posting my review, the Dealership Manager called me to inquire about my experience and see Fields BMW in Orlando / Tropical Ford in Orlando Since posting my review, the Dealership Manager called me to inquire about my experience and seemed sincerely apologetic. Santos was my sales rep at Fields BMW and seemed very nice and helpful. However, his sales manager got involved and the shadiness began. I was looking at a 2006 Lincoln Navigator they had on their lot. I had them bring the vehicle to the Ford Dealership next door to get checked out before I purchased it. The Ford dealer wrote on the inspection report that the tires were dry-rot cracked and needed to be replaced and that the brake system needed to be flushed, but they passed everything else on their inspection sheet. However, on the back of the sheet they wrote that there was a leak in the AC System. I was told that the inspection went great and the only problems that were found were the old tires, and the inexpensive brake system flush that they could probably do in house at bmw. Then in my next conversation with Santos he expressed a concern with the AC system not cooling properly. Santos said it was cooling, but didn't seem like it was cooling enough. I asked him about it and he said the mechanic that inspected the vehicle told him that the AC system need more freon (a.k.a. there is a leak in the AC system). I asked how come it wasn't listed as an issue on the service report and why they passed the ac system and fluid levels on the checklist and Santos told me that they were just doing a "free safety checkup" on the vehicle and if I wanted to talk to the mechanic to call over to Ford. I spoke with Alfonso in their service department who claimed he was the person that inspected the car. He explained the problems that were found (tires, brake fluid, and AC). Told me it would cost $100 to put dye in the ac system to find the leak, but couldn't tell me how much it could cost to repair the system. Could be something small, but could be something major. I then called Santos back and explained to him what I was told, and that I wanted them to come down on the price because of the "$1200 in tires, $60-$80 brake fluid flush, and the $100+ AC repairs." He spoke with his sales manager and explained what had happened at Ford. According to the sales manager he went to Ford and spoke with Jim the service manager. He says Jim told him that there was no problem with the AC System, because his mechanic wouldn't have gave it a passing grade if it was not ok. He claims the mechanic accidentally wrote the AC issues on the wrong vehicle's service report and that there were no issues with the Navigator. This clearly was not accurate information. The rep I spoke with at Ford was Alfonso and he was very thorough in his explanation of the issues with the Navigator that was brought in. He went on to express to me how odd it was to have a Navigator in their shop with AC issues at 45,000 miles. But now Fields BMW is back tracking and saying there was never an issue with the AC. Santos has retracted his statements and claims he's not a mechanic. Also the sales manager obviously has a relationship with Jim at Tropical Ford next door to give false information to prospective buyers in order to help them sell cars that have issues. Fields BMW now claims that Alfonso was not a mechanic and that he never looked at my vehicle.(I don't see how he could have had such detailed knowledge of the vehicle, it's issues, and what is needed to resolve them, if he hadn't been involved in the inspection process). I asked Santos to go back to Ford and try to get a new mechanic to inspect the AC system and to let me talk to him and ask questions when he did the checks. Santos said that Ford was unwilling to cooperate. The service manager Jim at Ford "yelled at him" and told him he needed to handle his customers. Ford refused to allow me to speak to the mechanic and Santos ended up just trying to inspect the AC himself by checking the temperature of the air with a thermometer. Santos was a helpful salesman and it was apparent to me that he had my interests and concerns in mind while helping me select a vehicle. However, the way everything went down, I think the Sales manager is crooked as well as Jim, the Service Manager at Tropical Ford. They pressured Santos to retract his statements and tried to punish him for making me aware that the vehicle had issues. I would not trust Field BMW's assessment of a vehicle's true condition. They apparently hide and cover up issues in order to sell cars. Aside from this, I was approved through Capital One's Blank Check program. Field's BMW is an approved dealership that "accepts the Capital One Blank Check Program." They told me on several occasions that they do accept the Capital One checks. However when we finally got to the end of the process, they refused to honor the Capital One check and tried to force me to use one of their lenders at an interest rate that was 5% higher than my approved financing through Capital One. This dealership is very shady and I would caution anyone doing business with them to have the vehicles checked out by an independent mechanic or other dealership which they trust. Overall this dealership wasted countless hours of my time over the last 6 days, lied to me and withheld information about the vehicle I was going to purchase, and then tried to bait and switch me with my financing. The Purchase experience at Fields South Orlando was excellent, due in total to Mikhail Bouzko. He was informed, professional, low key, and was easy to communicate with. He represented the dealership an excellent, due in total to Mikhail Bouzko. He was informed, professional, low key, and was easy to communicate with. He represented the dealership and BMW well and he is certainly the "type" of sales professional that should model training of new consultants. It was a lucky draw for me because I had had such a poor experience with Winter Park a number of years ago and ended up buying a car out of state. I honestly was not sure "south" could overcome that. Mikhail did ....... totally. Lucky for "south" he certainly earned my business. Without question, I will recommend him to anyone looking for a BMW. More
My husband and I live in Shippensburg, PA, one thousand miles from Fields BMW in South Orlando. On 14 May 2011, my husband found out that Fields BMW had one of the new BMW Series 1 M cars available. He cal miles from Fields BMW in South Orlando. On 14 May 2011, my husband found out that Fields BMW had one of the new BMW Series 1 M cars available. He called Mr. Santos Rodriguez at 9am (as he was the individual that provided all of the information on the car) to see if the car was still available – although Mr. Rodriguez said it was his day off, he told us his colleague, Mr. Mikahil Bouzko, would give us a call when he arrived at work. Within 10 minutes, Mr. Bouzko called my husband and, within less than an hour, my husband was able to put a deposit/hold on the vehicle. Mr. Bouzko was beyond amazing: knowledgable (he actually ordered the vehicle within moments of hearing they would be available in the U.S.), personable, and as excited as my husband was. We were thrilled to know that Mr. Bouzko put a “SOLD” sign on the car and locked it so nobody could even sit in the car (let alone drive it). Mr. Bouzko went so far as to take pictures of the car and send them to my husband. Within the next few days, Mr. Bouzko and my husband had many phone conversations (regarding the car itself, financing, dates and times of delivery) – every time, Mr. Bouzko made my husband feel as though he was the most important customer – he never rushed a conversation, knew answers to every question, and, when he did not have the immediate answer, he was able to obtain it within moments and immediately gave my husband a call. During our two-day drive down to Fields BMW, the attention Mr. Bouzko gave was beyond spectacular. They texted each other at all hours of the evening. We were even given exact driving directions to the dealership and were greeted by both Mr. Bouzko and Mr. Rodriguez when we arrived. The purchasing procedure went smoothly. The attention that we received was superb. Even the Finance Manager, Jimmy Cardenas, was extremely helpful by explaining how he arrived at some figures that differed from our calculations as well as helping us decide the best extended warranty options for this extremely rare vehicle. After leaving the dealership, Mr. Bouzko’s attention to my husband did not stop. Texts with pictures continued throughout the evening and questions were readily answered. Mr. Bouzko's response time was stellar (even those after 9pm). We returned to the dealership the following day and the Sales Manager had Mr. Rodriguez put a wax coating on the front of the car to help repel bugs on our drive home. When we arrived home on Sunday afternoon, Dennis sent yet another text to Mr. Bouzko telling him the car had ‘arrived safely’. Mr. Bouzko … yes, again … responded almost immediately – this is customer service beyond anything we could have expected. It is rare that we encounter such amazing Client Advisors. Were it not for Mr. Rodriguez’s posting about the car (and the positive feedback we found for him on DealerRater.com) and Mr. Bouzko’s exceptional salesmanship abilities, we would have never driven 1,000 miles to Fields BMW to have such a super experience.
