False Advertising on Cars.com. Refused to honor internet price and Sales Mgr (Patrick) and Salesperson (Santos) were very rude and insulting. I reported this dealer to the FTC, Better Business Bureau, FL At price and Sales Mgr (Patrick) and Salesperson (Santos) were very rude and insulting. I reported this dealer to the FTC, Better Business Bureau, FL Attorney General, Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Dept. of Hwy Safety and Motor Vehicles, Cars.com, and Fields General Manager. After speaking with Cars.com, A Regional Sales Mgr explained to me that the Dealer is in complete control of their prices listed on the website and if a price is submitted incorrectly, the correction takes up to 4 hours to be processed so that the correct price is reflective on the Cars.com website. After the Sales Mgr told me that the price was incorrect (on 8/8/13), the price is still listed currently (8/11/13). They only list those kind of pricing to get you in the door. I drove over 100+ miles to buy a specific car, and they would not sell me the car for the advertised price. (I even brought a print out of the ad.) All of the above organizations are investigating the Dealership. More
