A few months back, I was complaining to your facility about my brakes making a squeaky noise the gentleman at the time that was taken care of me. I was told that the brakes were fine. then on November 3 I’m on the turnpike and my brake light turns on so now you know that I’m having a heart attack nervous because I’m on the turnpike with my brakes failing so I go that morning to the Bmw dealer on Orange Blossom Trail as a walk in Angel Mercado took great care of my concern he noticed I was nervous, he assured me that everything was going to be ok and gave me different options on how to take care of my issue with my brakes but prior to that I was told in September actually that my brakes were fine that I wouldn’t have to change them for a long time and here we are in November and my breaks were failing.
