First dealership service department experience I made my oil change appointment online. I showed up about 20 minutes early, but Chad, my Service Adviser took me right in. When Eric heard that I wanted to go to the nearest Sams club, he offered to send a driver to pick me up. Just an excellent service ! My only complain is that the gal who booked us on the phone initially told us that it will take 4 hours to get the job done but Eric said it'll only take 2 and he was right ! I had blocked out and cancelled an appt only to find out that I would have made that appt anyway ! More
