Prior to closing the transaction, I was promised some mats that Al said weren't available and he had to order it. Fast forward a day later, I got a follow up call from Al to see how everything was going with the car and at that point he went back on his word as far as the mats I was promised. I really feel he tainted a great over all experience for some mats, wish he was a man of his word 😔. More
