Service on my 3 series was drawn out due to the holidays and dealing with an extended warranty, to which I place no blame on the dealership or service department. My primary complaint is the lack of accommo and dealing with an extended warranty, to which I place no blame on the dealership or service department. My primary complaint is the lack of accommodation for a service that took over one week to complete due to the above circumstances. I was told that because I did not purchase this particular vehicle from Fields, I did not qualify for a courtesy loaner while the vehicle was in service. I DID, however, purchase a 2019 X3 M40i from this exact dealership in September of this year. Needless to say, I didn’t really feel included in the “Fields Family” because an effort was not even attempted to make an accommodation and I had to inconvenience my spouse by sharing a vehicle for over a week. I gave a rating of ‘good’ because Deyja was consistent in communicating and updating me on the service timeline, but there was definitely a missed opportunity in making this an excellent experience. More

Fields BMW is a dishonest dealership. When I bought my car Michelle Febrilet kept hard selling me to buy a treatment for my car called cilajet. I told her no but she was relentless and made numerous false representations about how it was used on president Trump’s helicopter and she said if I ever have a problem they would promptly take care of it. I paid $1295.00 for two $15 and hour employees to slap something on my car. The finish I was promised and I also paid to have the interior treated. I brought the car in for inspection today and after reviewing my complaints I was rudely advised that nothing was covered. DO NOT EVER GET SUCKED IN FOR THIS TREATMENT AS IT SUCKS? You are wasting $1295 if you are a sucker for this cilajet treatment. More

First they needed to do a software update and changed just the battery for $1,100, then they ran their ‘computer scan’ and told me that they have to change some SCS’ses ??? for another $6,800 plus tax. No further explanation! Are they really kidding me. Do they really think I am so stupid, Not with me. So, my advice, be careful, let them provide you with an exact estimate upfront, do not accept unnecessary expensive software updates. My conclusion: Will never use or see them again. More
