This dealership was possibly the most disorganized dealership I have ever dealt with. I contacted them thru Gargurus for one of their vehicles offered for sale. Next day someone named Tamysha email dealership I have ever dealt with. I contacted them thru Gargurus for one of their vehicles offered for sale. Next day someone named Tamysha emailed me with all kinds of sales talk. I called her, left her a voicemail and followed up with an email. I never heard back from her! Later that morning a slesman named Miles Colon contacted me assuring that the vehicle in question was available. After many hours of phone conversion, emails and numerous texts discussing the vehicle, I received a text from him later that day that the car was already sold! No apologies for wasting my time! How can a vehicle which has been sold, still has running ads in many websites, yet the sales staff knows nothing about it? This is a sign of a very disorganized dealership! They wasted many hours of mine, and their time! I attempted to contact the dealership's general manager, but I was informed that he was gone all week. I then asked to talk to the sales manager, Lissette Gonzoles. I was transferred to her extension and got a recording. I attempted to leave her a voicemail, but her box was full and would not take any messages! I called the receptionist back, she took down my information and assured me that she would pass the message to Gobzoles and have her call me. She never did call me! Extremely poor attitude and communication for a sales manager! A simple and a logical action that any reputable dealership can take is, once a car is sold, notify the staff immediately and take the ads off. But that was too logical for Fields BMW of South Orlando! I definitely do NOT recommend this dealership. Update: A new sales manager, Mikhail Bouzko, wrote a nice apologetic response and promised to contact me. So far. I have not heard from him either! More
Having the same issues with my car for the last year (reduced power). Spent almost $5k trying to fix and still having issues and getting the same message from the I- drive. After two weeks picked up my car that still had the engine light on. Two weeks ago I turned off the car and the front lights flickered with static coming out of the rear speakers. I checked the trunk and noticed the panels on both sides were open. The mechanic forgot to replaced the side panels. They also charge me for a second battery after I purchased one less than a year ago - under the pretense it was shorted out by the car. It still should be covered. The mechanics cost me a lot of $ due to his inexperience or incompetence. It takes them two weeks to get my car back every time I dropped it off. Meaning $600 on car rental from Hertz. This experience is causing me to sell my. car and look to another dealership for my next one. It’s horrible... take it from someone in the hospitality industry. More

As usual I received great service from the staff, Eric was outstanding once again by providing good insight and recommendations. I’ve had an absolutely terrible experience with BMW's service department. It takes days to get any updates, and their service is overpriced for the low quality you receive. I had to constantly call just service department. It takes days to get any updates, and their service is overpriced for the low quality you receive. I had to constantly call just to find out what was happening with my car. They take forever to fix issues, and whatever time frame they give you, expect to wait an additional 1-5 days. After waiting several days, they finally realized they had ordered the wrong battery and needed to order another one, which means I had to wait an additional week just to get my car back. This lack of attention to detail and poor organization is unacceptable. Overall, the experience was horrible. It’s hard to understand how they can continue to make such errors. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers. They seem to prioritize quantity over quality. I will not be taking my car to BMW again. I’d rather pay more for reliable service elsewhere. To add to the frustration, they received my battery on a Monday, and once again, no update. I had to contact them, only to receive a link to a video that was impossible to hear due to loud background music and noise, along with the mechanic mumbling. They then informed me that the "high voltage compressor" needed to be removed to inspect the issue, and I agreed, believing it would solve my AC problem. However, by Tuesday, I received a message stating the new bill would be around $9,000. This was the final straw. BMW was getting nowhere with my vehicle and kept coming up with random and absurd charges. I immediately asked for a full breakdown of the costs as I wanted to pick up my vehicle. It took over 48 hours just to get a breakdown, which didn’t even provide the information I needed. By the time I received the message, I could only go the next day, which was Friday. I picked up my vehicle and on the way home, I got an alert that the engine was overheating—the same engine I had paid a fortune to fix. I had never received an alert like this until after BMW worked on my car. The next day, the same alert appeared, and my vehicle stopped working. It started making weird noises, wouldn’t accelerate, and even started smoking! I had to pull over and call roadside assistance because it almost caught fire. Now, my car doesn’t work at all, and I’m once again without a vehicle. This is beyond upsetting. I paid so much money and had so much patience, only for BMW to worsen my problems. I am now seeking a refund as this is not right and constitutes unfair business practices. I am even looking into legal counsel if needed as this has set me back so much, not only did they not fix my issues, but now I have to pay to get other issues they caused fixed. More
