From the start, when he returned by information request after regular business hours, to delivery, PJ was the consummate professional. The used car manager could take a lesson from PJ. The overall rating would have been 5 stars if not for the low ball tactics experienced during the trade-in. I was not expecting to get the KBB or NADA trade-in projection, but to get offered 50% of the projected trade-in value was disappointing. I would not recommend trading cars at this dealership. More

I live over 2 hours away and had been attempting to find the right car after weeks of searching and Frank Barretto made everything easy. He kept in contact via text and email and was very knowledgeable on the car which was a welcomed surprise. Frank was not at all pushy and did a great job at getting me the best deal on a trade in as well as good purchase price on the M235i as its a rare car. Everyone at the dealership was nice and helpful and although there was construction occurring, it was still nice inside. I highly recommend Fields Lakeland as it was the best car buying experience ive had. I even drove back several days later with my girlfriend so she could get a BMW as well at a good price. More
