He kept in contact via text and email and was very knowledgeable on the car which was a welcomed surprise. Frank was not at all pushy and did a great job at getting me the best deal on a trade in as well as good purchase price on the M235i as its a rare car. Everyone at the dealership was nice and helpful and although there was construction occurring, it was still nice inside. I highly recommend Fields Lakeland as it was the best car buying experience ive had. I even drove back several days later with my girlfriend so she could get a BMW as well at a good price. More
