I felt that they all did an exceptional job and gave me a great deal. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and the vehicle. I do wish however that the I remote app and all features including BMW connected Drive and intelligent drive would be explained before I took the vehicle. Although I will have an appointment within the next week or two with the BMW genius to show me all of the features. Getting the charging station could be more simplified as Bosch seems to just be the middleman, causing my installation quote to be inflated so they get a cut of the money. BMW should oversee this, not a third party that just calls a local company to install it. More
