We were just planning on a test drive but Majed was so knowledgable, explaining the new X1 redesign, options and what was best for us. Within an hour, we were driving our new X1 home. Lanette Wheatcraft, Finance Mgr. was wonderful. She explained the sales agreement and the additional offerings, which we did take advantage of the Cilajet plus. Two days later she even followed up to make sure we did not have any additional questions or concerns. Zachary Linton programmed or phones, seats and radio within minutes. He explained the cars options and even offered to come to our home to program our garage door, if we had any problems. Thank you, Fields for making our experience extra special.
