Unhappy My vehicle had a recall so I found this dealership and scheduled to have them do the work. Turns out that there was another recall I was unaware of an My vehicle had a recall so I found this dealership and scheduled to have them do the work. Turns out that there was another recall I was unaware of and the dealership didn't have the parts but BMW paid for a rental car for 7 weeks until this was taken care of. All in all I was satisfied with the service. Well about 2 weeks after getting my car back my husband got in to drive and was wanting to adjust the steering wheel. The switch was gone. We were baffled. I just happened to glance down at the pocket of the door and there it was. When the service tech put the dash back together he forgot to reinstall this. So, not a huge issue. I called the service department and spoke to the manager. I was fine that I would have to drive 45 minutes away for them to remedy this but what was very upsetting was what he said before we hung up. He said, yes, bring it in so we can see if this was infact related to the work done on the recall. Excuse me! I felt like he was suggesting that I might have somehow removed the switch myself and wanted them to put it back. I was offended. I did bring it back in and it was fixed right away but I won't go back to this dealership again. A little advice on customer service, don't question someone's integrity based on your opinion. Horrible. There was no compensation either for this inconvenience. No offer of gas, nothing. Just a sorry and a car wash. More

The staff at this location are super professional, friendly, family-oriented and amicable. Before I walked in , everyone down to the service representative crew at the podium outside address you with respect and take very good care of the customers whether existing or future customers. Rick Cutts was my sales expert and boy was I glad I ended up with him. He is very knowledge in learning his customers, specifying needs, and describing financials to the pinpoint. I was extremely lost within my shopping process. I didn't know what I wanted, I had one million questions and I was so confused about their buying/leasing options based off of what my friends had mentioned. After taking about 2 hours of Mr. Cutts time, he attentively listened to my questions, answered every one and elaborated in case I was still confused, and ensured me that I could take my time on this decision. At the end of the transaction I realized that the entire staff was gone! The store was already closed while Rick and the store manager continued assisting me with my questions and making me feel secure. Needless to say, I walked out of BMW Fields with my new X1 and I didn't feel robbed, coerced or shoved into a payment I couldn't afford. I felt like I deserved it .
