Best car buying experience ever. From the moment we walked in the door and greeted by Joe Roth we felt very comfortable. It was our first time looking at BMW’s and we were a bit timi From the moment we walked in the door and greeted by Joe Roth we felt very comfortable. It was our first time looking at BMW’s and we were a bit timid. Within 5 minutes of speaking with Joe we felt at ease. Joe showed us several cars and to no avail he found exactly what we were looking for and well within our budget. Rolo constructed a deal that we could not refuse. Melissa in finance was spot on with her recommendations for warranties and such. We never felt pressured in the least amount. Fields BMW has by far, made car buying a pleasure. There is only one minor disappointment, the car was not detailed to our expectations, but on their defense it was closing time. Nonetheless we are customers for life. More

Totally professional I was out cruising with my Aunt in Winter Haven, I asked if she'd like to take a drive with me to Lakeland and check out some BMW's, we ended up at Fi I was out cruising with my Aunt in Winter Haven, I asked if she'd like to take a drive with me to Lakeland and check out some BMW's, we ended up at Fields BMW Lakeland. A nice gentleman opened the door for us, we thought how nice of him, he was dressed to the "nines" too! After entering, that same gentleman asked if we needed assistance and introduced himself as Rick Cutts. I explained that I was looking for a used BMW and gave him my specs. He brought us to his cubicle and proceeded the search in his inventory, he asked me what color...my Aunt blurted out "RED!" LOL! When he left for a short bit to bring out a car, I looked at my Aunt and said "what am I doing?" She giggled and said "you're looking at BMW's." He showed us a 2014 Red BMW 328i Sport, it was very nice!! After he explained a bit about the car, we took a test drive. I was sold at that point. We proceeded to finalize the transaction and I looked at my Aunt again and said "what just happened?" Again she giggled and said "you just bought a BMW!", then we both laughed out loud. I want to thank Rick Cutts and Melissa Hargroves for making my purchase a smooth and memorable one. More

Great Service We purchased a 2017 X3. The salesman Rick Cutts believed it had a back up camera. When we received the car we found out it did not have a camera. Rick We purchased a 2017 X3. It actually took 2 tries as the first camera was faulty. Rick had a loaned car delivered and met me the morning I picked up the X3. Great personal service. More
