My wife’s 230i ruptured a cooling hose/fitting last Saturday afternoon. . A call to Fields first thing Monday and they got me in the next day which was okay since we didn’t need the car. It had to be flatbedded and when I told Fields they explained BMW SOS. touch of the button linked me to BMW Assistance. 60 minutes later car is on its way. Aside from the inconvenience pretty painless luckily car still under warranty. More
We purchased our 1996 850ci from Fields in 1995 and after many years of taking it to other dealerships we contacted them when our local dealership basically told us that it was too old to service properly. J many years of taking it to other dealerships we contacted them when our local dealership basically told us that it was too old to service properly. Jim Megivern and Mason Nickerson contacted BMW Munich for us and got them involved in helping to fix our car and eventually the vehicle spent some time in Lakeland under the supervision of Jim's team. Our car is now restored to "like new" looking as beautiful and performing as it did the day we pick it up new. We really appreciate the time and effort of the Fields BMW team giving us many more years of enjoyment ahead. More
