I have known Albert Darby for 20 plus years of having my BMWs to be serviced at BMW dealerships he has worked at. Al is the consummate professional at what he does. Had it towed to Fields and asked Al if he could take care of it while I was out of town on a family matter. I normally fix these sort of issues myself but this week I couldn’t be bothered with it. Al communicated with me via text and made sure the car was ready when I returned from my trip. We had one minor issue to take care of before I drove off and Al got it taken care of without much delay. Thank you Al and the Fields team. More
