We went in for an oil change and from the moment we drove up everyone was nice and attentive. Zachary in the service department was great. I purchased my first BMW from Matthew @ Fields BMW Lakeland in November. The car had to be special ordered. Matthew was communicative during the waiting process and gave me updates as the car went into production. When it came time to sign the paperwork and take delivery, the deal worked out better than was originally expected. 10/10 experience. If you can do the performance delivery option that BMW offers... take advantage of that!!! More
