I visited the above dealer and met Paul Batista really meaning to just look. I found Paul to be the perfect sales person, not pushy, but friendly and informative. I described my situation, and he listened, really understanding what I was trying to do. He then presented a possible vehicle and after he filled me in on the details, I test drove the car. I was more than excited and eager to purchase the vehicle. Many times in my life I have found the next steps, closing the deal, completing finance, etcc, very tedious. Paul made is simple, friendly and easy to complete. I was totally happy with his attentiveness to detail and the way he kept my wife and I informed as to what was happening. The FInance Manager, Mike Varela, who assisted in closing the deal, was also very friendly and helpful, explaining the deal and its details in full, and very easy to understand. I thought everyone at the dealer I interacted with was very professional, and more importantly, friendly and helpful. After having a terrible experience at another local Ford dealership, I wanted to give Fette Ford a try based on their reviews. This was the greatest decision that I could have made for myself. I met with Ma dealership, I wanted to give Fette Ford a try based on their reviews. This was the greatest decision that I could have made for myself. I met with Manny and told him about my financial situation and what I was interested in for a new lease. After speaking with the finance manager Anthony, they offered me a deal that was better than my previous lease! Manny and I test drove the new 2014 Ford Escape and I loved it. He took the time to show me the details in the car and answer any questions that I may have had. His patience and personality truly made my experience so positive and I cannot thank him enough. As a young woman, it is very intimidating walking into a car dealership because you never know what to expect...not only did Fette Ford meet my expectations, they by far exceeded them. There was one tiny blip that happened during my deal, and it was taken car of immediately before I even had time to worry about it. I would never go to any other Ford dealer after my wonderful experience at Fette Ford and would highly recommend seeing Manny at Fette Ford for any of your car needs. Lets start from the beginning...I brought my car here and got my thermostat replaced, they were also supposed to do a detail on it because I had a business card from Chris saying he would give me a free deta got my thermostat replaced, they were also supposed to do a detail on it because I had a business card from Chris saying he would give me a free detail when I first got the car. Okay so 7 days later I go to pick up my car; the detail was not done but I didn't pay for it so I was not that upset about it. About 3 minutes after getting my car, going down RT 46 my windshield wipers stopped working and it was raining! So I called and had to bring it back the next day because when I went to pick up my car I was on my lunch break. The next morning I go in my trunk and they did not even bother to put the engine cover back on! Furious about my wipers not working now this, I go back to the dealership talked to the service manager (do not remember his name) he apologized and sat me at Kevin’s desk. They put the cap back on. With my wipers they disconnected it and reconnected it and it started working. A day later guess what happened?! The SAME THING my wipers did NOT work AGAIN! I went back and they discovered that the motor was shot. They had to order one. Once that was replaced, a couple weeks later (today), it stopped working again. So of course I was late to work because I had to spend $55.00 on a taxi to bring me. I should NOT have to come here repeatedly for the SAME THING. This will be the fourth time going back to the dealership to get my wipers “fixed”. I will NEVER purchase another car here nor will I recommend anyone else. My uncle has bought 4 trucks here and that’s why I came here. I referred my 2 friends who both bought infinity’s. But now that I need something fixed, and they can’t seem to get it right the first 3 times, never again will I recommend people to buy from here. I work on commission and I have customers coming to my job because I told them I will be here at a certain time and I am not here because a car that I have a warranty on can’t seem to be working. It is very unprofessional for me to tell my customers I will be here at a certain time and I am not. Not to mention my manager speaking with me. This is the 2nd time I had to take a taxi because of my wipers not working. I am going back tomorrow we will see what will happen but to be honest I don’t see anything good coming out of it. I am beyond dissatisfied to say the very least about this dealership. More
I would like to thank Gabriel and his co-workers for their expertise and time spent with me. I went to the dealership only to test drive a vehicle, I had done my research on the car I wanted to buy fo their expertise and time spent with me. I went to the dealership only to test drive a vehicle, I had done my research on the car I wanted to buy for weeks and I was pretty educated on the dos and don'ts when buying a car. After I test drove a car I realize this is the car I wanted but the price was more than what I had budget myself for. Gabriel and his co-workers were able to meet my needs with financing a Ford Fusion 2014 at the price I wanted with affordable monthly payments. Everyone there was friendly and professional and would definitely recommend Fette Ford in Clifton to anyone looking to get a new car. Overall I'm happy with my new Ford Fusion. Regards Maria B. More
