I made my third purchase from Fette Ford/Kia/Infiniti today. My husband and I shop there because the service, not just during the sale but during the maintenance appointments thereafter, is excellent an today. We have browsed cars at other dealerships and found that the customer experience at Fette is incomparable, such that this time around, we only considered cars at one other dealership (where my husband bought a car 12 years ago), and Fette (where I bought two cars previously). After reviewing the Ford Taurus on the website we traveled to Fette Ford in Clifton,NJ on the way to a Wedding. We selected Fette for the larger selection of Ford Taurus cars on the lot. I was more than excited and eager to purchase the vehicle. Many times in my life I have found the next steps, closing the deal, completing finance, etcc, very tedious. Paul made is simple, friendly and easy to complete. I was totally happy with his attentiveness to detail and the way he kept my wife and I informed as to what was happening. The FInance Manager, Mike Varela, who assisted in closing the deal, was also very friendly and helpful, explaining the deal and its details in full, and very easy to understand. I thought everyone at the dealer I interacted with was very professional, and more importantly, friendly and helpful.
