Lets start from the beginning...I brought my car here and got my thermostat replaced, they were also supposed to do a detail on it because I had a business card from Chris saying he would give me a free deta got my thermostat replaced, they were also supposed to do a detail on it because I had a business card from Chris saying he would give me a free detail when I first got the car. Okay so 7 days later I go to pick up my car; the detail was not done but I didn't pay for it so I was not that upset about it. About 3 minutes after getting my car, going down RT 46 my windshield wipers stopped working and it was raining! So I called and had to bring it back the next day because when I went to pick up my car I was on my lunch break. The next morning I go in my trunk and they did not even bother to put the engine cover back on! Furious about my wipers not working now this, I go back to the dealership talked to the service manager (do not remember his name) he apologized and sat me at Kevin’s desk. They put the cap back on. With my wipers they disconnected it and reconnected it and it started working. A day later guess what happened?! The SAME THING my wipers did NOT work AGAIN! I went back and they discovered that the motor was shot. They had to order one. Once that was replaced, a couple weeks later (today), it stopped working again. So of course I was late to work because I had to spend $55.00 on a taxi to bring me. I should NOT have to come here repeatedly for the SAME THING. This will be the fourth time going back to the dealership to get my wipers “fixed”. I will NEVER purchase another car here nor will I recommend anyone else. My uncle has bought 4 trucks here and that’s why I came here. I referred my 2 friends who both bought infinity’s. But now that I need something fixed, and they can’t seem to get it right the first 3 times, never again will I recommend people to buy from here. I work on commission and I have customers coming to my job because I told them I will be here at a certain time and I am not here because a car that I have a warranty on can’t seem to be working. It is very unprofessional for me to tell my customers I will be here at a certain time and I am not. Not to mention my manager speaking with me. This is the 2nd time I had to take a taxi because of my wipers not working. I am going back tomorrow we will see what will happen but to be honest I don’t see anything good coming out of it. I am beyond dissatisfied to say the very least about this dealership. More
I would like to thank Gabriel and his co-workers for their expertise and time spent with me. I went to the dealership only to test drive a vehicle, I had done my research on the car I wanted to buy fo their expertise and time spent with me. I went to the dealership only to test drive a vehicle, I had done my research on the car I wanted to buy for weeks and I was pretty educated on the dos and don'ts when buying a car. After I test drove a car I realize this is the car I wanted but the price was more than what I had budget myself for. Gabriel and his co-workers were able to meet my needs with financing a Ford Fusion 2014 at the price I wanted with affordable monthly payments. Everyone there was friendly and professional and would definitely recommend Fette Ford in Clifton to anyone looking to get a new car. Overall I'm happy with my new Ford Fusion. Regards Maria B. More

I chose the SX, because I wanted a 6 Cylinder, with all the extras. It is a wonderful mix of sporty good looks, comfort and performance. One of the things I like best is that it fits me perfectly... Getting in and out of this SUV is incredibly easy, being 6 feet tall, I slide right in.... I have had it now for about 6 weeks, and I am tremendously happy with it... I made a great choice!! Being a Little Falls resident, where else would I go for a new vehicle, if not to Fette Ford KIA and Infiniti? I had been a previous customer having leased an Infiniti M37x, 3 years ago. A completely satisfied customer who had a lot of fun driving the Infiniti M37x for 39 months, it was a no brainer returning to Fette for my next vehicle. I had thought about getting into another Infiniti, especially the gorgeous new Q50. I thought about it for quite a while, but I really wanted an SUV, and the Sorrento was the one I fell in love with. In the end it was a choice between a Kia Sorrento and the Ford Edge. I really liked them both, but in the end I chose KIA. One of the reasons I went with the KIA Sorrento was the Salesperson, Tim Jankowiak, someone who came highly recommended. Tim told me that he has been selling KIAs for several years, and based on his knowledge of KIA, you would think it was 25 years. He knows this brand inside and out!! I never met a salesperson who knows so much about the brand of automobiles he sells... I was totally impressed, with not just his knowledge of the vehicles, but also all the good advice he gave me... He is truly PASSIONATE about the brand he sells, because he believes in KIA, and it definitely shows when you talk with him. Tim told me all about the KIA Top Safety record, showed me how well the Sorrento performed during a non-rushed test drive. He later explained in detail all the features of the Sorrento, from front to back... He completely sold me on the merits of this vehicle, and I came away with the feeling I made a well informed decision, one I was confident I would be happy with. I strongly recommend Tim as your KIA Sales Consultant. He is honest, and sincere, a straight shooter, who will not try to sell you, but tell you all about the KIA vehicles and answer all your questions. He is very friendly and personable, and you will feel totally comfortable working with Tim, on your next vehicle, a KIA!!! I strongly recommend Tim Jankowiak, at Fette KIA in Clifton, NJ. I have now leased two cars from Fette Kia within six months and for each car, it was the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. And I've purchased/leased my share of cars over the years. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service we received from our sales person, Ali Abuassab. Ali was very attentive, accommodated all inquiries and easily managed questions from three of us (my wife and daughter included) coming from all directions. And my daughter was also interested in a different vehicle at the same time. That was the first car. For the second car, I was remembered immediately and greeted by Pat, the sales manager. Pat was also a pleasure to work with. I didn't see Ali at first but I was glad he appeared. It was smooth sailing from there on. Ali steered me in the right direction and I got just what I wanted for the price I wanted. My wife and daughter returned to to test drive the car, they were more than satisfied on every front and I was back that evening to close the deal. I leased my first car ever this past May from Fette KIA in Clifton, NJ. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman named Ali. I had been told by many people to be careful with car salesman because they can tend to trick you a lot. Not this guy though - Ali was very straight with me. He was a kind young gentleman who took the time to get to know me and we established a good relationship. As a smart customer would do, I went to a competitive dealer up in Mahwah, NJ. The car salesman there was rude and their prices were significantly higher than Fette. After establishing that I would rather stick with Fette, I ran into a few problems due to the fact that because I was so young and didn’t have significant credit yet, I needed a cosigner yet my parents lived all the way in Texas. Ali did his best and worked with the sales manager there, Pat, to help make this work for me, all within the allotted time period to qualify for a couple holiday great offers. When Ali wasn’t there, his coworkers and sales Manager Pat did a great job of helping accommodate me. Ali has a bright future with the company and with his attitude; he will earn Fette KIA some loyal customers for life. More
