She was absolutely willing to walk us step by step through all our questions. She was helpful, polite, and very friendly. She was persistent as well, in fact, our entire duration at the dealer was roughly six hours, and she was there every minute. I left with my brand new 2014 Ford Escape, and i couldn't be happier. How much poor service can anyone tolerate The poor service continues at Fette Ford Driving out of the garage and getting 2 hours into a 4 hour trip and my brand new car after an oil change sh The poor service continues at Fette Ford Driving out of the garage and getting 2 hours into a 4 hour trip and my brand new car after an oil change shows all oil lights on. They did not close off a part so my car leaked oil. It cost me calling someone else to help me out of this issue. Do you have a service contract with us. This is after I have been going there for 5 years. Not sure what the use of a computer is with them.. One would think once you file for service that your name would pop up. But this explains that once they have your sale the care dwindles the closer you get to the fence line. This morning. Again do you have an appointment -- Not sure why I bother going to this place. Monday I am calling the BBB -- John Fette you need to look into what is going on in your business. I left you a message today. Let us see how much you care. More

He showed me all the vehicles that fit my needs and my budget so I could make a wise decision. People can buy a car for many reasons. In my case, I needed to get a car that could meet many requirements: reliable, economic and offer enough room for a extended three generation family (meaning spacious). I walked into Fette Ford with many questions and concerns and I walked out totally satisfy with a great car at an affordable price. I am very happy with my kia Sorento 2012.
