Solid Customer Service and trust worthy team I went to Fette Kia knowing what car I was looking for (Kia Optima). Once there, Nick came outside and approached me with a solid attitude (not arrog I went to Fette Kia knowing what car I was looking for (Kia Optima). Once there, Nick came outside and approached me with a solid attitude (not arrogant or lacking enthusiasm). Since I already test drove the car, we were able to get right to the price where Nick and Keith provided support to fit my needs. I initially didn't think we'd get to an agreement, but they figured out how to get the sale so Kudos to them. The paperwork process was also easy (hard to imagine at a car dealership) and Anthony made me feel very comfortable. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me time to review each document according to the speed I wanted. All in all, a really good dealership that didn't just sell a car, but sold their customer service and desire to win business for the long term. I'd recommend these guys to others I know. More
