Took my Volt in for BECM replacement under warranty. Although I’m not super pleased with GM for not having replacement parts for known defects in manufacturing, I am very pleased how my dealer took care Although I’m not super pleased with GM for not having replacement parts for known defects in manufacturing, I am very pleased how my dealer took care of the problem. They stayed in constant communication. GM customer relations also did an excellent job communicating with me every step of the way. Every human I had contact with were awesome. Just wish GM didn’t keep me waiting three weeks to find a part that they know is faulty. Hope this doesn’t happen again when car is out of warranty. More
