It was my first time in a Ferrari dealership and knew nothing of the models and the ownership experience. James knew exactly what to do. He was personable and no question was off limits. All this time I had the belief that Ferrari ownership was for the privilege few. But that is not true, M3 owners can graduate to a Ferrari. The best aspect of the dealer experience was the purchase process. It was smooth with many items handled over the phone. I was used to the 4 hours at the BMW dealership, but with Ferrari it's was easy and fun.
