I am very thankful for his assistance. Thank you again for your time and service. He is an ambassador for the brand and the dealership. I was considering a new BMW or possibly a Porsche 911. On my way to Porsche Marin, I decided to visit Ferrari of San Francisco, across the street. It was my first time in a Ferrari dealership and knew nothing of the models and the ownership experience. James knew exactly what to do. He was personable and no question was off limits. All this time I had the belief that Ferrari ownership was for the privilege few. But that is not true, M3 owners can graduate to a Ferrari. The best aspect of the dealer experience was the purchase process. It was smooth with many items handled over the phone. I was used to the 4 hours at the BMW dealership, but with Ferrari it's was easy and fun. Because of that first Ferrari purchase and pleasant experience, I have been loyal to Ferrari, Ferrari of San Francisco, and James. Thank you team for my 4th purchase! Looking forward to my 5th. More
