Deal negotiation was straight forward and fair. Car was delivered incredibly clean and on the agreed upon time. In addition, I was taken by the extra attention to detail shown. For example, in every other Ferrari purchase I have made, I was always the one who had to ask Ferrari to add my cars to my "MyFerrari" profile. This time, I was very pleasantly surprised that it had been added for me without I even mentioning to Peter that I typically add all my Ferrari cars to such profile. It is hard to know all of the details about these cars and show them and discuss them with complete strangers. James Chou, Jeff Harley and Gregg Jacobs have always displayed professionalism and sincere warmth during all of my interactions.
