I normally loathe car shopping but Ryan in sales is so helpful and friendly, he doesnt pressure you to buy and can easily answer all your questions.. He has sold me both my minis. I get followup texts after every service to make sure I'm satisfied with my experience, which is really nice. My mini cooper is the first car I've really enjoyed driving so I feel fortunate that going to the dealership is pleasant and friendly. The dealership is about an hour from my house but it's worth the drive because I know I will be treated well and get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. More
