Our Mini Cooper S Countryman needed the air charge pipe replaced under a recall. The service appointment was handled professionally, and timely. My wife took the Mini Countryman in for annual maintenance. No other issues were identified on the monitoring app. All OK. At the dealer my wife was told that she had to change one of the front br maintenance. No other issues were identified on the monitoring app. All OK. At the dealer my wife was told that she had to change one of the front brake pads and one rear brake pad plus a brake pad sensor. All for over $470, for a car that is treated very well and has only about 17,000 miles on it. I wrote to the dealer asking if this is normal on Minis - no answer from Ferman and a week has gone by. In my opinion, this is substandard quality and poor service. What a disappointment with Mini and with Ferman! More
