Problem that matters: I delivered the car for service with radio & sound functioning normally. I turned on the radio upon driving away and discovered that one of the front speakers was blown. In subsequent discussion with the service representative, he flatly (and hostilely) refused to consider any possible accountability. Less important reasons to wonder: Just before departure, I had to send the car had to complete cleaning. The representative implied I shouldn't worry about the poor job, because cleaning was "complementary." (No, we all understand that such always offered and expected service is priced in.) Later, I discovered two screws of so far unknown origin lying on the mat in the trunk area. In order to accept any feedback at all, you (DealerRater) forced me to rate and recommend or not the dealer. I had wanted to leave those blank, so my forced ratings reflect okay with serious qualifications. I might consider using another dealer in the future; we'll see how I feel later. You should consider adding a middle option for the recommendation item to allow for ambivalence or qualified enthusiasm. More
