Brought the car in for our first oil change and left thinking that everything had went well. A few days Later I got an email saying that service was declined which was tires. I thought nothing of it bec thinking that everything had went well. A few days Later I got an email saying that service was declined which was tires. I thought nothing of it because my wife who drives the car went in alone to get the keys so I thought they told her and she declined to do it later. This week my wife was out and was told by a stranger that her tires were looking rough. We called to ask about it wonder why we weren’t told and that the tires weren’t rotated when we got our oil changed. First Derek claimed that he called me and I declined due to them or he on the warranty which didn’t happen (the only call was when they told us the car was done.) Then my wife talked to Paul who said we signed something saying we declined the service when we brought the car in for 2 bad tires which isn’t the case since we brought the car in for an oil change and neither of us noticed the wear on the tires though maybe we did sign something without reading everything on it that included the tires but regardless we were just disappointed by the service we received. To Paul’s credit I will say he offered to take 50% off the alignment cost which is something but doesn’t really fix the loss of trust or the fact that still my wife would need to drive 30miles on the dangerously worn tires (maybe an offer of having the car towed in would have shown true concern for the situation as opposed to just trying to appease us when it wasn’t about the cost) When we bought the car in 2018 we felt like the sales and finance department were very attentive and caring and we believed that all areas would be the same. We now know that the service department is not on that same level. Maybe it’s just a matter of poor communication or was just an off day but we won’t be going back to Ferman Mini to get these tires taken care of and it’s hard to say if we will use the service department again for anything other than maybe recall work. -Brad Kohen More

Not very professional. Our sales girl was very nice but we felt like she was still learning the ropes because she could not answer some of our questions and had to constantl Our sales girl was very nice but we felt like she was still learning the ropes because she could not answer some of our questions and had to constantly ask her manager. But we were fine with that since everyone has to start somewhere. After agreeing on an asking price, we were short on time so we could not stay to sign the papers. The dealership offered to draw up the contract and bring it to my house 2 days later at 10:30 am. I told them that was fine as long as it was in the morning since I had to leave my house by 12:30 pm to go volunteer at my daughter's school. Well 2 days later, I get a text from my sales girl saying that she would leave at 10:30 am (although my appointment with her was at 10:30 am. By noon time, she still had not come by with the contract and I texted her to see where she was. She told me that she would be leaving soon and that the finance department was still getting the paperwork together. I was not very happy since they had 2 days prior to coming to my house to get the contract together. She told me that she was off the day before and had left all the paperwork for the finance department but they never worked on it while she was gone. She also said that it was AJ's last day at the dealership and that there wasn't much work getting done since they were all partying!! This is completely unprofessional! It was now noon and the sales girl was still at the dealership (which was 30 mins away from my house) and I had to be at the school by 12:30 pm. I was not very happy about this at all. I wanted to pull the deal right there and purchase the car from Wesley Chapel instead but I was on a tight time frame. I ended up canceling my volunteer work at the school and waited for my sales girl to show up at my house at 12:55 pm. Not to mention, I had to leave my house at 1:00 pm to get into car line by 1:15 pm. I barely had time to skim the contract and sign it. This dealership clearly did not care about their customers nor did they care about selling a car. They were more focused on celebrating AJ's last day there. Now, thinking back on it, I should have pulled the deal and gone elsewhere. I'm sure other dealerships would appreciate my business and take better care of their customers. More
