I had to go in due to there was a horn malfunction on my 2015 Mini. My advisor was Courtney and she is always super helpful! She makes sure that things are done right! We ended up purchasing it and were completely happy. Santos also worked with us to qualify for a financial incentive, and made sure we got it. So kudos to him as well. All in all, a great experience.
