“My experience at this dealership started off terribly when Tim kicked me out just for trying to negotiate the price—completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. However, things turned around than when Tim kicked me out just for trying to negotiate the price—completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. However, things turned around thanks to Michael and Santos, the managers, who sincerely apologized and made things right.
