Very efficient and excellent communication. My BMW was brought in for a recall and even though it took a day for the repair I received a loaner and service was excellent.
I love this dealership.Mary is always helpful. However, I spoke to someone at BMW financial about a payment from the wear and tear insurance that they had not received and she was pretty rude. I was trying to figure out what was going on and she just kept repeating "We have not received the payment". This was confusing to me because I got a letter from the insurance company stating that they did pay it. Finally after I kept inquiring she told me the insurance sent a check but they never received it.
Very Professional and always considerate of my time. They also explain everything to me very well and are always super friendly!
The dealership staff and service was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind even staff we didn’t directly interact with for the purchase of this vehicle. Definitely will be coming here for all our maintenance needs.
