Desapoint about disregard for safety Arrived to service 15 minutes in advance my service advisor was not there yet,some one else took care of the paperwork be did a good job. Return in the afternoon and the tire monitor in the dashboard was on after a few miles the numbers did not match have a big variation of about 4 psi difference. Same weekend warning light appear on dash,"engine coolant severely low need to correct to avoid engine damage" I have to add about 1/2 gallon in reservoir. Called and left message for my service advisor or manager of service department to call unfortunately no return call to fate More

David Theado contacted me when the car was expected in port and then to the dealership. Upon its arrival, David placed my husband and me in the capable arms of Mary Keller. She was outstanding - extremely attentive and made sure everything was to my approval. Aaron Cox thoroughly and quickly walked us through the mass of paperwork. Karl efforts to locate a car that fit all my requirements and have it delivered quickly was greatly appreciated. He was communicative in the entire process and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I arrived in town late in the day for pick up and Steve stayed after hours to make sure the car was detailed and spotless And ready to go. He was fun to speak with on all subjects of BMWs, and he ensured that the pick up went smoothly and had prepped all the paperwork prior to my arrival so it got done quickly when I arrived. He was awesome to work with and you could see the care he put in to making the experience of picking up my new BMW a wonderful one. I spoke with Joe for the finance aspect and he was also wonderful to be all with and supplied all the information and pricing on all the features and programs I had questions regarding.
