Alex W. made the experience. Very knowledgeable on the car options, features we wanted and what features we wanted and didn't and how they mapped to the BMW made the experience. Very knowledgeable on the car options, features we wanted and what features we wanted and didn't and how they mapped to the BMW X5. Took care of us the entire time, kept us in the loop for everything and made sure we were happy, will definitely go back to him for future purchases! My only nitpick is on the trade in side - got a higher trade in value going to the Ferman Volvo vs the BMW dealership, would've been nice to have the higher trade in initially from BMW. More
