Never will go back to Ferman BMW Palm Harbor for maintenance or service again!! They will try and rip you off or clueless about diagnosing the real mechanical issue. They were adamant that my 2022 2 maintenance or service again!! They will try and rip you off or clueless about diagnosing the real mechanical issue. They were adamant that my 2022 228i needed a throttle body, turbo and charge pipes cleaned unfortunately out of warranty for $8650 without tax. Once fixed, they'd need to re-evaluate. Doesn't sound like the mechanics knew the real issue or wanted to charge me more money. I bought the car new at Ferman BMW Palm Harbor & always maintained it at the dealership on time per the service schedule! I took my car to a trusted family euro mechanic and the Ferman BMW Palm Harbor service department misdiagnosed the issue. The repairs were only $1353. Surprised?! Not!! I feel like there was foul play with my car. Do not trust this service department. They can't even get brake pads right. I was told they needed to pay for the $5M BMW required renovation and high margins, which is not my problem and not on my dime. Obviously, they do not care about doing the right thing for their customers & community. I'm sure there is a ton of wastage with warranty repairs because they are clueless and will replace parts that don't need to be replaced regardless if they need approval. This type of repair should have never happened - 2022 65K miles. BMW cars are cheap junk now manufactured out of the USA. Pretty much everything is plastic and lower grade parts. I will never will go back or buy another BMW again! More
