My service advisor Courtney Devine was absolutely amazing. She always kept me informed and up to speed about the status, conditions and best service maintenance options for my car. She arranged for me to go into the service bay and talk to the technician working on my car, which was definitely a nice touch. I drive an M and am very particular about my car and the service experience.
