This review is not about Sal, the customer service rep. He is great! But he has to be the middle man between the customer and the mechanics and BMW parts in Germany. Took nearly a month to get a part that should've never needed replacing. Also, failure caused by a problem I alerted the service department to at least twice over the past few years. Shouldn't luxury vehicles have the best warranties in the business? They don't. And I found out why. More

We got in and out quickly — enjoyed the efficiency of the purchase. Sales rep was knowledgeable but also arrogant.
