Working with Gary Mack at Ferman made all of the difference between a typical annoying day at the car dealer and a great experience. Car shopping can be stressful but Gary has such a light hearted way about him that it put me at ease and I knew I could trust what he was telling me. This was by far my best experience buying a car in 25 years and it’s all because of Gary! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable which helped me when asking comparison questions since this was my 4th BMW, but he’s extremely personable with a great energy, honest and not pushy. If all car sales reps were like Gary, going car shopping wouldn’t get such a bad wrap! All in all Gary is amazing and I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy at Ferman in Palm Harbor. Doug my BMW Genius was absolutely fantastic as well. The only downside is it felt like management wasn’t willing to negotiate or reduce costs much unlike their competition to the south.
