Service was great until I picked up my car and drove off. My entire car was spotted with water from the car wash which really annoyed me. I would have turned back but with all the construction on US 19 I didn't want to waste my time. Why on earth do you wash a car without drying it? This happens to me all the time and it's very very frustrating! If it was just a one time thing, I could understand, but it is every single time I bring my car in. I've had many cars over the years and never have I ever driven off with a dirty car. I this would stop me from buying a car at your dealership! Ferman BMW, you should do better than that! More

Mr. Douglas was condescending and disrespectful when I declined the GAP insurance. He also lied about me having to come in a do a mandatory phone call with the lender. Which never happened. The experience was great Willy was so nice and knowledgeable and most of all not pushy. If we r in the market to buy a car again we will check here first. The only disappointment is that the other knowledgeable and most of all not pushy. If we r in the market to buy a car again we will check here first. The only disappointment is that the other key that the previous owner dropped off was never located they said it was onsite but no one was ever able to locate it. So unfortunately I only have one key and it will cost a few hundred dollars to have a new one made so hopefully I don’t lose this one More
