Your mechanic apparently knew the frame was bent (as noted on the bill) which did not allow for alignment, which he did not do, and turned it over to me to drive to howell with the steering wheel upside down and the fron wheels visably out of alignment. I had to drive at 40 miles per hour with the truck strongly pulling to one side. Unsafe. BAD SERVICE More

I chose Bud Kouts because I heard they had wonderful service from a friend, so I had to check them out. My car had been hit and needed body work done to the bumper as well as the mirror. I went in to get the estimate for insurance and to see how much it would cost to get fixed. I was greeted with a warm welcome, offered free coffee and magazines while I waited, and was helped promptly! I only waited about 10 minutes while the gentleman inspected my car. He brought me out to my car and explained to me everything I needed to know as well as the details of the estimate he came up with so I understood everything he came up with. At other dealerships/ shops I have been to in the area they send you off with a piece of paper and expect you to pay whatever without explanation. I've even been charged before for services I don't understand and sent out the door! But not Bud Kouts! I felt like they actually cared about my satisfaction here as well as making me first priority! I got an oil change at Bud Kouts and had my car dropped off at work afterwards. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the clock in my car (an hour off from daylight savings, still ;)was fixed and t off at work afterwards.
