Feldman Chevy was chosen to repair an oil leak on my 2021 GMC PU.. although it was 30 days past warrenty, Mark Callahan, service consultant, approached GMC and got them to pay for the labor amounting to ove GMC PU.. although it was 30 days past warrenty, Mark Callahan, service consultant, approached GMC and got them to pay for the labor amounting to over $5300. Mark's communication with me was excellent. When arrived to pick my truck up, I found that stuff marks in the paint that were not there when I dropped it off. Aaron Young, Service Advisor, got involved. Without question, Feldman agreed to repair my truck. A new loaner truck was provided. The repairs were completed in 4 days. I highly recommend Feldman. They treated me right when I bought the truck and their service was supior. I especially appreciated being assigned one service representative who knew my situation throughout both repairs.
