Had the car checked out at a factory dealership and discovered expensive routine maintenance that was recommended for the existing mileage. Kouts dropped the price to offset the bill for most of the work. They also adjusted the price to offset a repair project that wasn't obvious but was discovered before the sale. Salesman Chuck Perry was very responsive, though one or two other people we dealt with before Chuck weren't that adept. We still get e-mails from him. It's close to a year since the purchase and the Honda runs great, though it gets abysmal gas mileage, something the used-car dealer would have no way of knowing on the lot. We drove 30-35 miles one way to Kouts maybe 3 times, and the transaction was well worth the drive. More
