Buyer be warned Salesperson was kind, friendly, even seemed honest. I decided in a vehicle. Then was sent to the 'finance guy'. He entered the room, didn't introduc Salesperson was kind, friendly, even seemed honest. I decided in a vehicle. Then was sent to the 'finance guy'. He entered the room, didn't introduce himself, began flipping page after page for me to sign. Was annoyed with questions and that I wanted to read anything.2nd document I signed was the title! Seriously?! I hadn't even signed a purchase agreement.... seemed shady. Felt wrong...I walked out. * They state there is a 3 day warranty on all used car sales. There is no such warranty! Paperwork all started 'as is'. No paperwork to proceed the contrary, just their word. All for this in writing before signing 'as is, no warranty paperwork. * If you are a cash buyer or want to use your own financial institution, be warned, they 'charge you $595 KICKBACK FEE because they lose that when you don't use their finance company'. I'm not making this up... it's on their website! Fine print. Ask around about dealership reputations in the area. Salesperson offered to close deal without this particular finance person...I stated only if kickback fee is waived. No reply given. No return call. Vehicle is still on the lot 1 week later. Yup....I do not like their process. More

BUY THE WARRANTY! ASK FOR FINE PRINT ON BUY BACK We found a amazing 2009 Acadia. I was so happy to find what i wanted, in an affordable price range. went in test drove it. everything was fantastic. We were preapproved through our own credit union but as we sat down to buy it we were told you have to finance through us to get it for the price its offered at! at that point we were a bit upset because we had a great rate with a credit union we love. They said, if you let us finance we will get you a better rate anyway. We really wanted this car so we agreed. 30 minutes later we were approved with a slightly higher rate than what our credit union offered. we went ahead with the loan because i really wanted the vehicle. They heavily pushed for us to buy the 3rd party warranty. lowering the cost everytime we said no. We finally caved and also purchased the warranty at a decent price. THANK GOD WE DID! Drove it home.( we live about an hour from the dealership) husband felt misfiring the whole way home and the next morning the gear shifter was extremely hard to shift. MInd you just after a perfect test drive! that day my husband called the dealership. They had us come back and then we had to take it further away to there sister dealership in Highland to be fixed. They did pay for the work.At that point we wanted to return it as the sign says (guaranteed buy back in 3 days) they told us we don't qualify for that! our acadia was over 100,000 (it was 106,6500 when purchased) and no longer under original manufacturer warranty. We went to pick it up about 2 weeks later. Started driving home. It was still broken! We turned around after about 30 miles and took it back! They were out of rental cars so we had to drive it home and wait for the following Tuesday to drop it back off. after dropping it off the second time we waited another 4 days to get it back. we made it home ok and i have had it about 3 days now its now popping up with other problems. Husband thinks the alternator is bad, its needs a tune up and a humming he believes to be coming from the transfer case. We are going to have a different mechanic look at it as we are very frustrated with how much has gone wrong as well as the fact it's almost time for the first payment and we have drove it a total of 6 days. I can say they have paid both times to have it fixed although I dont think these new problems will be paid for by them as they were not stated the first day. we will have to pay $100 deductible for the other issues. Be very very careful and go through every part of the vehicle before you buy! after we also found a non-working seat belt buckle we will have to get fixed. we should have checked all the buckles but did not! Johnny helped close the deal same day. be prepared as i came in with my own financing, but they beat my rate! Also the will try to sell you extended warranty, so be prepared, and double check the numbers i decided against it due to the cost More

The sales staff were unfirendly and treated me as if I had no money or no purpose being there. The sales manager that day was complelty unwilling to negotiate on the price or the value of my trade. And worst of all the vechicle that I wanted to get wasnt even there, a sales guy has been taking it home and driving it around like its his! I was treated with such disrespect, and as this would have been my first time buying a “real car” , I now feel like I cant trust dealers at all because they wont take me seriously. More
