Feldman Hyundai has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Brandon in the Service Department is polite, professional and friendly. When I was to sick to pick up my car, he was kind and gracious enough to have someone bring it to my home. I can't tell you how much that meant to me and to my husband. It's because of Brandon's above and beyond thoughtfullness and excellent service that we decided to go Feldman to lease the car for our daughter. My father in law had given us his FORD PIN NUMBER for friends and family to lease a Focus (not nearly as cute as the accent, if you ask me). We decided to go Feldman instead where we KNEW we would be well cared for. That's why we called Feldman and asked for someone in sales. We had the good fortune of having Rob Blair answer our call. Rob Blair leased us a 2012 Accent for our daughter in college. The process was smooth, easy, even relaxed! It didn't take long at all. We thought it was actually kind of fun! We plan to lease another Hyundai in the in the next 8 months. Guess who we'll call?
