I had the most awesome expeience with Feldman Hyundai with my vehicle purchase. The sales lady (Robin Siler), Sales manager, and finance manager (Kirsten) were the most proffesional, friendliest, honest with my vehicle purchase. Feldman Hyundai is an exemplary dealership, where they not only talk about customer service but they actually deliver it. After a very frustrating experience at our local Fort Wayne Hyundai dealer over a new vehicle they refused to locate for us, we contacted Feldman Hyundai for help. Within five minutes, our salesman Ryan Benard, confirmed that the vehicle in the specific color we wanted was at their lot. We asked him if he could take a photo of the car with his phone and send it to us. Ryan went the extra mile and sent us 16 photos of the car, detailing both the inside and outside of the vehicle. The next day we drove three and half hours from Indiana to Waterford, Michigan to test drive and see the vehicle. Ryan had the vehicle ready to go and provided us the opportunity to go on a test drive by ourselves. When we returned from the test drive, we reached a deal on the purchase of the car within fifteen minutes of talking. There were no games played, no gimmicks, just a simple and respectful approach to the customer. Ryan Benard and Adam (the financial manager) were polite, courteous, and answered all our questions regarding the vehicle and its financing. Feldman Hyundai has earned our business and trust. We will be driving back the three and half hours to Waterford, Michigan to purchase our next Hyundai. More

My husband and I were car shopping and had not yet decided on a model. Upon entering the dealership, Ryan Benard was enthusiastic, helpful and very informative. Ryan went above and beyond to make the sale quick and easy, even driving to our home 40 minutes away to facilitate the paperwork process. He delivered my car to work and made sure that I felt comfortable with all the new gadgets! Ryan made follow-up calls to make sure we were happy and has made himself available in the event that we need anything as we get acclimated to the new car. Our experince with Ryan and Shaun Benard at Feldman was exceptional and we are loving our new car! More

I went to the dealership last week, (3/10/12 at 1:00p.m),to test drive a Hyundai Accent and fell in love with it! It was everything I wanted in a small compact car. It being my first car purchase, I had chosen a great dealership with friendly and informative personnel. Ryan Benard was well informed about his cars and helped me find my car. The paper work was timely and through, as paper work should be. I am very pleased with my new Accent and wold recommend this car and Feldman Hyundai to any one that asks! More

You can't get any better than this! On Saturday, Jan. 28, I called the service department around 12:45 PM. I needed an oil change for my Scion XB. I spoke with Brandon and he said the service departmen 28, I called the service department around 12:45 PM. I needed an oil change for my Scion XB. I spoke with Brandon and he said the service department closed at 1:30 PM but if I could get there by 1:15, he'd get it done. And, he said he'd go down the street to buy the filter he needed for my make/model. I got there around 1:20, Brandon greeted me with a smile and obvious professionalism; he told me not to worry when I apologized for being a few minutes late. Cal Walker was the reason I called this dealership for service. I know Cal since we attend the same church. I welcomed the opportunity to visit with Cal while my car was being serviced. My oil was changed, the multi-point inspection was done and they even washed my car! Brandon personally handed me my check out papers and the young girl at the payment desk was very friendly as well. Another lady in the service area was also very nice and welcoming. In this day and time with customer service often leaving a lot to be desired, everyone in this dealership was SUPER. I look forward to going back again because this experience made me smile. And, if you know me, you know I will tell you the truth, no matter what. And, this review is the truth! Sorry it took me so long to log my review, I've been non-stop the last couple of weeks. More
This was the second Hyundai dealer we visited, and I am so happy we did. After a poor experience at the first I wasn't sure I wanted to go back to Hyundai. We were greeted when we entered the dealership and were escorted over to the salesperson my husband had spoken to on the phone. His name was Terry Wilson and he was super - he and his sales manager Shaun Benard got us the deal we were looking for and made us feel so welcome and confident on our purchase. I will recommend Terry and Feldman Hyundai to all my friends and family. I can not sing there praises higher - when in the market again for a car we will drive the distance to them, even though we have a Hyundai dealer less than 10 miles from our home. Thank you again Terry and Shaun!!!! More

Trust me I had other dealerships try to say that to me. He even shared his experiences with me about what happened to a family member and he was very sincere. The warranty work was done very fast and they did a great job on cleaning my car which was a bonus.The team was very respectful and also would give me updates of when the car would be finished.Now my car works like new again.While I was waiting I spoke to some of the sales people and they actualy took the time to explain how the sales process works and never said hey if you not buying a car right now then your wasting my time like other car dealerships have.Over all Very professionel I was impressed.
