Ian brought the car all the way to Detroit during my lunch break just so that I could see the car; it's a 2009 Chrysler 300. The sun roof did not work , so he replaced it! It had a full tank! And he returned my rental car!! And I had an amazing cup of coffee! Only suggestion would be to offer more reasonable warranties for used cars. Overall, I always recommend them and especially Ian!! More
Ian &The Envoy Ian was great! My only fault with the dealership is the $50 gas limit. When someone pays over $10,000. Cash in full for a vehicle you should fill the Ian was great! My salesman was Ryan Benard, I must say I have never met a better salesman than Ryan, too bad he works at Feldman Hyundai. The problems I had with this dealership were beyond his control. After a couple d a better salesman than Ryan, too bad he works at Feldman Hyundai. The problems I had with this dealership were beyond his control. After a couple days of shopping and negotiating we swttled on a paymet on a 3 yr leasr on an Elantra GT of $320.00. At time of delivery that was away from the dealership the lease agreement had a pmt of $320.97. As we were away from the dealership I voiced my disgust to Ryan and he stated his hands were tied. I knew it was the doing of the Finance guy, Tony Brown trying to sneak in extra profit. We signed the paperwork I wasn't going to fight oner $35, but chose to write this instead and tell everyone who asks about what Mr. Brown did. Then I received a call from Ryan stating that Mr. Brown figured the pmt wrong and I needed to resign the paperwork. I was told the additional miles I purchased was figured incorrectly, but it wouldn't affect my pmt. I asked if the miles were figured at a nickle to much why wouldn't the pmt be reduced, again Mr. Brown trying to make more profit after an agreed to deal. Mr. Brown tried again and then came up with a pmt of $313.00 When Ryan brought the paperwork back out to sign, (again Ryan was very accomindating), going over the paperwork Mr. Brown did it again this time raising the rate on the lease to make more profit for himself. The amount leased went down due to using the correct charge for the miles, yet the finance charge was more than when the pmt was $320.97. This shows complete disrespect of the customer and deciept by Mr. Brown and Feldman Hyundai. More

I was very impressed with Ryan. His is easy to work with and I felt like he truly would do anything he can to help me out. He was very patient and helped me find the perfect car for my needs at the best pr and I felt like he truly would do anything he can to help me out. He was very patient and helped me find the perfect car for my needs at the best price. What impressed me the most is how knowledgeable he was about the cars I looked at. I've been to enough dealerships to it isn't often that I find a dealer that either doesn't understand the features of a car they are selling for worse, they guess. I asked a lot of detailed questions and Ryan was not only able to answer me but he also showed me how things worked and pointed out several great features I probably wouldn't have noticed on my own. I wouldn't hesitate to send my best friend to Ryan next time he needs a car. A truly outstanding job and pleasant experience. More

My neabour , Dan Vivian , was V.P. of engineering for the U.S. Dan went with G.M a year ago and told me " hold off ...in 2 years G.M. will have some great cars !" Feldman Hyundai HAS THEM NOW ! Very unprofessional totally upset with my whole experience. They don't communicate with you effectively I'm still in the run around waiting for my deposit back. They will give you 30 different stories about why you cant have a car. I drove my car 2 weeks before I knew I wasn't going to be able to keep it. Only reason I found out I couldn't keep it is because the didn't send me my license plate. They never called me to tell me there was a problem with my application and communication was initiated by me. My first time buyer experience was ruined by Feldman Hyundai. More
Bought two cars in one day, didn't give either party a better deal on either car. Were super friendly and gauranteed a repair on one of the two cars before purchase. After purchasing, if I needed to speak with my sales associate, I was put on the backburner and sent to voicemail every time, and I never received a call back, over three weeks time. Super friendly until you sign the papers, then they don't want to help you out. This is not how an automobile business should be ran when people are spending a lot of money on vehicles. Anything to make an extra buck for the guy in the suit, I guess. More
