Amazing experience We drove an hour and a half to get to this dealership after finding the car I wanted on their website. This dealership told us it went through a 25 point inspection and the brakes were apart of that inspection, after driving it home, the next morning we drove it to a mechanic and the back rotors,calibers and brakes were metal on metal upon inspection! They let us drive home in a unsafe vehicle in the pouring rain! We called them and explained the situation and they said they would pay for us to get them fixed at a mechanic shop around us. So we got it fixed, we have called them everyday for the past four weeks and now they are ignoring our calls and saying “they are handling it” but yet it’s been four weeks since the brake job and still no check or even acknowledgement of the situation! Buyers beware !!!!!!! More

My salesman Nick Feorce was phenomenal, he was the best salesman I've ever had. Nick was very accommodating, offered me drinks, snacks, and was just a nice likable person. When I finally reached the financial part and signing portion with Ryan Palter, it was not only the worst experience I've ever had at any dealership ever, but it also qualified as THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced from any company. He pushed their service contract with GAP coverage so hard, I almost walked out on the deal. He held up the whole process making me wait for probably an extra hour or two. He was reading numbers off of a paper on his desk and quoting me information from it, I went to grab the paper and he stopped me from grabbing it and said "I will turn it for you, thanks". He asked me "How are you going to pay for 3 grand in repairs after you drive the car off the lot" I said "I don't know", he then said "a credit card? with 20% interest". This made me feel completely uncomfortable and made me feel like this car would die the minute I drove it off the lot, which was too late because I already signed the paperwork. There was a 3-day return in the window of the car, when I got to the signing it said the car had no warranty. I was so upset at this experience, I went and talked to the manager Todd, who was nice, Ryan Palter made sure to sit back down at his desk to listen in on what I had to say. Todd Blaney reassured me that if something were to come up with the car, to come see him. Great customer service!!!! You should not have to buy a service contract on a car to feel confident in your purchase! That is just wrong. I would buy a car from Nick Feorce any day but I would be HESITANT to purchase a car from Feldman if Ryan Palter is working there. Also Feldman! You should offer some kind of warranty on your used cars, especially non-high mileage vehicles. 30-day, 60-day, 90-day?????????? Really? Also it doesn't instill confidence in your dealership to read many horror stories on Google reviews of your customer service. There are many good reviews too thankfully but take some time and read the 1-stars, they are horrifying. More
