Had to have the battery harness replaced 1 1/2 years ago due to corrosion. Well I’m having to replace it again because the cheap ford/Lincoln OEM part corroded even worse in less than 2 years and all they t due to corrosion. Well I’m having to replace it again because the cheap ford/Lincoln OEM part corroded even worse in less than 2 years and all they told me is parts go bad. That’s 500 bucks every 2 years!! Shame on you guys for selling sub par parts! More

I took my 2003 Ford Escort ZX2 to this location with in mind that I could get a vibration on the front end area checked and repaired since it is a Ford Establishment. I was required to leave my car there o mind that I could get a vibration on the front end area checked and repaired since it is a Ford Establishment. I was required to leave my car there overnight. The next day, upon receiving a message that my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived to the service department, I was told that the mechanic that got my car stated that he couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. I then requested to speak with that same mechanic. Upon his arrival, I asked if the vehicle would be safe to drive and he answered with the affirmative. I then took possession of my car and departed the area. On my way home I noticed that the vibration in the front end of the vehicle was still there. More
