I used Fayetteville Ford's mobile service today for an oil change. Great service! Fayetteville Ford management communicated with me who would be coming out, the time, and type of vehicle they would be a oil change. Great service! Asked permission to do the oil change where the car was parked. They listened to my requests and acknowledged what they found afterward. I didn't have to take time off of work or out of my day off to sit in the service department waiting room. I will definitely use this service again. More

Kathleen is very knowledgeable on the new Ford features. We traded from 2018 to 2023 model and things have changed considerably regarding bells and whistles. She knows her stuff. Kathleen worked tirelessly with us (it was her day off) to reach an agreement on the purchase. Out of her control was the super long process of our vehicle appraisal, and prep of purchased vehicle. (Only one person in prep area, and we were there 6 hours total). So, although I give Kathleen a huge 5.0, overall, I have to rate the dealership a 4.0. I sincerely believe the folks inside could have done more to speed up the purchase process. More
My car was in the shop for 4 and a half months. The communication was terrible. The service advisor even lied to me stating my only option is to rebuild my transmission because it's a cvt, which I The communication was terrible. I don't know why they wanted to keep my car so long... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO FAYETTEVILLE FORD IN FAYETTEVILLE, GEORGIA AGAIN IN MY LIFE. That was a HORRENDOUS experience. I wish I could give a negative 5 star rating. More
With new management, poor customer service because they dismissed long time employees who knew what they were doing and could answer questions and knew enough about the products to be able to help. I want to give this service dept a big 5 for the work on my recent Ford Ranger recall that inspected my rear seats for a Child seat and also improved the headrests where it solves a blind spot issue. He was polite, honest and professional and recommend you consider him for tough service jobs and especially, recall work that he did for me. I bought a hyundai from them guess I didn't do my homework, I'm 3000 upside down, in other words it's worth less than I paid. I have had it a year and the air bag light is on, and now the ac stopped working and the dealer at fayetteville ford said too bad they don't service it even though I bought it from them.
